Cheers to World Collage Day

The second Saturday in May is World Collage Day. Around the world activities, exhibitions and community goings-on for May 9, 2026 celebrate the art form. 

My response is a collage meditation on the green cross - an international symbol for pharmacy. I am a true fan of pharmacists and techs who provide medicines and advice day after day. Cheers to you! I am not a fan of the upstream barriers to getting these medications. Lack of access erodes our trusted go-to space for relief. The threshold of a pharmacy should be one all can enter. "Drug Store Blues" refers to such barriers, and to the still-illuminated promise the symbol holds.
